When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Each parcel is packed with care — wrapped, labeled, and sealed by hand from our little Emporium.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We also offer Free US shipping on orders $75+.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Stationer’s Emporium proudly ships worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you.
How much is international shipping?
International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the carrier’s current rates. To ensure your stationery treasures survive their trip abroad with care, each international parcel is packed with extra protective materials. A modest handling component is built into the shipping rate to cover these added safeguards.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Possibly. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our shipping charges. Please check your country’s guidelines before ordering.
How long does international shipping take?
Transit time varies depending on the destination and carrier. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, though delays can occur due to customs, weather, or high-volume periods.
Do you offer tracking on international orders?
Yes! All international shipments include tracking. Some countries may experience limited tracking updates once the package reaches their local postal service.
What if my international package is delayed?
International packages can occasionally spend extra time in customs. If your order seems delayed, we recommend checking your tracking number first. If it has not updated for 10+ business days, feel free to reach out to us at hello@stationersemporium.com and we’ll assist however we can.
Can I return or exchange international orders?
At this time, international orders are final sale due to shipping and customs costs. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help make it right.

Because stationery is delicate and often limited in quantity, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
